1. Adhere to the rules of ethics at all times.
The V Live Businessman's Core Code of Conduct is to “treat others as you wish others to treat you”. Everyone must adhere to the code of ethics and regulations strictly. Both in action and in mind of regulations, conditions, or other terms. Damage to others or the company will result in the execution of the Company's punishment requirements which may affect your status as a V Live businessman.
2. People to whom you can sponsor must be of legal age.
Conditions for applying to be a V Live businessman. You must be 18 years old, but if not 20 years old, consent from a legitimate representative is required. The legitimate businessman must be responsible for various areas such as juristic acts, corporate management and financial management, etc.
3. Must be honest in talking about the effectiveness of the product.
All V Live businessmen are required to provide truthful and reliable product information as well as presenting and demonstrating products of V Live. According to the method approved by the V Live, they must mention the features and benefits of the product as stated on the business promotion material or on the packaging label. Mention of products based on your own personal experience will make customers trustworthy and get the best results in recommending products to customers.
4. Must be sincere in talking about the income received from the V Live business.
All V Live Businessmen are required to clearly show the V Live business plan. Both must be honest with customers and not exaggerate the income earned. This is not a rich type of business but more of an opportunity to create a portfolio that can achieve the goal. There must be an essential element of work with perseverance.
5. Thou shalt not persuade others to change their career lines.
Every V Live business respects the unity of each line. The unity of the line of sponsorships is a key aspect of the V Live Business Plan. Transfer of the V Live Business Status is not permitted. From one line of work to another brand will only lead to conflict and is a disadvantage to the business interests of V Live. Therefore, the V Live businessman must not directly or indirectly engage or assist others in soliciting others to change their line of work or to resign from a former company. To apply for the new V Live business organization for any reason, including suggesting to bring in the name of someone else who may be a relative or friend.
6.Thou shalt not neglect customers
Every V Live Businessman has to provide services to their customers on a regular basis. A satisfied customer with a product is a valuable operation. All V Live businessmen are required to keep visiting customers. They need to recommend new products or services that are useful and should be kept up-to-date on the products they sell to their customers. They must try to gain trust in the products by providing good service and customer satisfaction.
7. Must not be sold undercut
V Live Businessman are obliged to sell the V Live products to their customers at the retail prices set by V Live. All V Live products are of good quality and value but selling undercut will fully reduce the profit that every VIP-dealer should receive. They must not take advantage of other business associates. All V Live Businessmen must not destroy the image of the company by collectively doing wrong actions.
8. You must not sell or display V Live-style products in stores or at trade shows.
V Live businessmen are required to provide a fully friendly service to their customers. V Live business is a direct selling business. Sales that violate V Live's regulations are over-the-counter sales or setting up a display in a retail store, trade show or various exhibitions where such action would create unfair competition among the V Live businessmen.
9. Must not rely on a V Live's business network as a source for distribution of products other than V Live.
V Live businessmen must focus on selling V Live products which has guaranteed satisfaction for customers fully. The company does not allow V Live businessmen to obtain or take advantage of knowledge or dealings with V Live businessmen. This includes the sale of any product or service that is not a V Live product or service.
10. To persuade others to join the business, must be ready to take responsibility.
The real source of income of the V Live business is generated from the expansion of the consumer network of goods and taking care of consumer goods including organizations. Training is essential for running a V Live business to be successful. However, V Live businessmen should not take advantage of training, meetings or other events in the form of ticket sales. This also includes promotional materials for businesses that are too high-priced. V Live Businessman must provide assistance, encouragement, counselling, and advice on the right business practices to the V Live businessmen whom they invite to join the business very willingly.
11.Thou shalt not hoard or force others to hoard products.

By doing so, you may conduct business in an illegal fashion. This is because doing so will bring a lot of unsecured and unreasonable complications to the V Live businessman.
12. Thou shalt not infringe on V Live's trademark and commercial reputation rights.
V Live businessmen must ask permission from the company in writing and obtain written permission from the company before the use of L Live commercial materials and trademarks. V Live trade names and trademarks are very important and therefore, the company prohibits the production and distribution of tapes and other business promotion equipment without written permission from V Live.
13.Operating other direct sales businesses
V Live businessmen must not operate any other direct selling business or distribute products in a direct sales business other than V-Live either directly or indirectly. Such actions would affect the image and cause possible damage to the business of the company
14. Shall not sell V Live products with door knockers.
V Live business people should build business from friends and keep in touch with. This is a business that relies on a person-to-person relationship. Retail sales of V Live products may not be sold by knocking on doors, mailing information or disseminate information through print media, advertising, radio, television or electronic media because it will destroy the image of the V Live business.
15. Shall not put pressure on distribution.
We have to respect individual freedom of decision making and V Live businessmen must conduct their business in a polite manner. The humble selling products by using techniques for putting pressure on sales will affect the image of the business and the overall image of the company.
16. No real name-surname must not be placed in the organization chart.
The company does not allow the V Live businessmen to arrange the organizational chart using an intangible name and surname in connection with the company. They must not impersonate another person's name to apply without giving consent. Both in the role of consumers and businessmen, if the company finds members in the chart that meet the criteria, that membership code will be considered invalid.
17. Production of publications or various business media.
The Company does not permit the V Live businessmen to produce printed materials or distribute media, equipment that may mislead others as being produced by the company.

Nowadays, communication through computer systems and the internet has been very popular. It is a part of everyday life and therefore, the V Live businessman must be aware of the presentation of information or the use of information relating to the V Live business. Through the computer system and the internet system, they must be subject to the V Live Businessman's Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct including not violating the Computer Crimes Act 2007. The company is not responsible for any offense that you have committed.
V Live Businessmen can create their own personal home page to share stories and experiences as well as hobbies or photos of yourself. However, you must be careful that your home page does not contain the nature of the Code of Conduct and Rules of Business Insider or other laws such as the 2007 Computer Crimes Act, etc.
